Webhand is a small website business. We collect as little as we can and never sell it. Questions or requests: webhandservice@gmail.com.

What we collect

• The contact form. Your name, email, phone if you give it, your website and your message. It arrives as an email to us and is used only to reply to you and work on your site.
• Visits to this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies, does not track you across other sites and does not tell us who you are.
• Payments. Clients pay through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store your card number. We keep your name, email and payment history to run your care plan. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it collects.
• Business contact details. When we email a business about a concept site, we use the email address or phone number that business publishes on its own website or listings.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
• We share information only with the services that run Webhand (Cloudflare for hosting and email, Google for our inbox, Stripe for payments) or when the law requires it.

Emails from us

If you'd rather not hear from us, reply and say so and we won't email you again, except about a site or payment you have with us.

Client websites

For sites we host, we count visits the same cookie-free way so we can send each client a weekly visitor report. Messages sent through a client's contact form go to that client.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages and emails are kept while they are useful for working with you. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Ask us and we will delete anything else we have about you.

Concept sites

Concept sites show a business's own text and photos so the owner can picture a new site. They are labeled as concepts and hidden from search engines. If you own the business and want one taken down, email us and we will remove it the same day.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Clients get an email at least 30 days before a change that affects them.
